“We stayed at this hotels with our 2 teen kids. The hotel is a little small like many other hotels in Paris; however is only two blocks to the metro stations. The staff is top notch, super friendly (everyone). The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is great. For the price of the rooms, this exceeded our expectations.”

Reception staff is super helpful and accommodating, they made sure we were always hydrated and safe during the heat wave and caffeinated in the early morning. “My dad and I stayed at Hotel Étoile Saint-Ferdinand for four nights about a week ago, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Europe. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. I would like to praise the customer service and front desk staff, who were outstanding (I apologize for forgetting her name, but especially the lady with glasses and blonde hair). Every single person we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always happy to assist with directions, recommendations, or any questions we had. You can truly tell they care about their guests and take pride in the experience they provide. The room was excellent. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the room felt cozy yet functional, which was perfect after long days of exploring Paris. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. It was quiet at night as well, which made it easy to rest and recharge. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a great selection of fresh, high-quality options (e.g., scrambled eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruits, cereal, oatmeal, and a wide selection of cheeses, to name a few), and everything was consistently well prepared. It was the perfect way to start our mornings before heading out to explore the city. The location is ideal. The hotel is situated in a safe, pleasant neighborhood and is incredibly convenient for getting around Paris. Being close to major attractions, public transportation (huge plus), restaurants, and cafés made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Whether you’re walking or taking the metro, everything feels accessible. What can I say, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, service, and location. It feels welcoming, well run, and genuinely guest-focused. If you’re deciding between hotels in Paris, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this one. Trust me, you’ll be well taken care of and truly enjoy your stay. We would absolutely stay here again.”
